| Student Property (Multi-family residential) Mirus Property Management Group is headquartered in the college town of Lafayette/West Lafayette, Indiana home to Purdue University. Our student property experience and local knowledge expertise in this Big Ten market makes us a natural leader in student housing management. Successful student property management requires that each property creates a unique niche amongst its peers and stay at the forefront of technology. High speed internet access on the property and the ability for residents to communicate with management on-line are key components in a student housing market. Our experience has shown us that residents and prospects prefer the ability to pay rent and/or other fees, submit work orders and communicate with property management online or via a cell/smart phone. The same need for technology can be seen on the marketing and advertising side of student property management. Email, college newspaper ads and housing guides are no longer the only means of advertising and communication. LinkedIn, Craig’s list, Facebook, text messaging, instant messaging, up-to-the-minute websites, multiple internet leads, E-leasing, virtual tours and other technologies are primary ways in which students and administrators communicate with each other and to the world around them. Mirus Property Management Group strongly believes in and will encourage our clients to remain at the forefront of new technology trends. | Commercial Property (Office & Retail) Mirus Property Management Group members have experience managing and developing a variety of commercial properties.
